- Two instances in geographically diverse data centers
- File type control
- Up to two updates and two patches per year
- Access to Personal Message Manager (PMM)
Other cost options are available upon request, including Adaptive Redaction features and a number of different encryption options.
The Clearswift Managed Email Security Service operates 24/7 across the globe.
Clearswift Managed Service customers are reassured that cross contamination is impossible as the Clearswift service systems isolate customers from each, effectively offering the benefits of system management, monitoring and logfile access, but without the effort of hosting.
The solution consists of deploying a Clearswift Secure Email Gateway in front of the cloud based email service, such as Microsoft Office 365. Requirements around scalability, availability and the number of users will determine the exact architecture. Clearswift has customers with more than 100,000 users of its Secure Email Gateway.
A number of records are needed to be changed to reflect the new security, these include: DNS records such as MX records, but could also include SPF, DKIM and DMARC records as well. The changes to records can be easily and quickly carried out.
In addition to the Secure Email Gateway managed service option, ARgon for Email can also be deployed as a managed service to enhance an existing email gateway with Adaptive Data Loss Prevention capabilities.
Cloud based deployment requires a standard RHEL operating stack. This includes Microsoft Azure and Amazon’s AWS. Other more localized cloud providers can also be used. Clearswift will take care of the installation and upgrades across all platforms.
