Clearswift gets top marks in security review

SC Magazine, a leading international security industry publication, has given Clearswift’s SECURE Email Gateway top honours in a recent product review.

UK, 18th September 2012 - As well as being awarded the maximum five stars overall, the Gateway also secured the maximum rating in every single sub category (features, ease of use, performance, documentation, support and value for money). Additionally, the magazine gave the product its ‘recommended’ stamp of approval.

Some of the features particularly highlighted in the review, which appears in the September US edition of SC magazine, include the flexible deployment options, customer support and an easy-to-use user interface. The product’s content inspection capabilities were also found to be impressive.

The review summary states that the product: ‘…defines what we mean by full-featured. […] We find this product to be solid value for the money based on its comprehensive feature set and overall ease of use and management’.

Commenting on the news, Alf Pilgrim, Chief Technology Officer at Clearswift, said: ‘It’s great to get this type of recognition from such a respected publication. It is testament to all the hard work that the team here has put in to ensure that our products are not just fit for purpose, but that they really go the extra mile to help businesses operate safely and securely without being stifled by their IT security.’
