Profanity Lists
(Version 4.2 and 4.3 users)
Is your corporate image at risk from rude or offensive e-mail ? Detect the
use of inappropriate words in your e-mails and attachments using expression
lists. These pre-defined lists can be imported directly into MAILsweeper™
for SMTP to help preserve your corporate reputation.
Simply download these files onto your system and then you
can import these into the References section. These files
are all configured for a threshold of 10.
WARNING: These extras may contain
certain words and phrases that could cause offense to some people. If you feel
you may be offended by the contents of these extras, please do not view them.
However, by installing them with MAILsweeper™ for SMTP 4.2 or 4.3, these extras
can help to stop the circulation of profanity to and from your organisation,
and should only be used in this context - they are not intended for circulation.
