We have the products since the year 2000. No problem to install, configure and update. It's globally a good product, less efficient than 3 years ago but still correct.

We have been using MimeSweeper for SMTP for many years and I would happily recommend it. MimeSweeper offers me the flexability I need to keep our mail traffic moving, or not depending on the content at the same time as protecting our internal mail servers from attack.
