Our approach to partnership

WE’RE PERSONAL
Every Premium Partner and Authorised Reseller is nominated a dedicated Clearswift Account Manager, each one working with you to ensure the Channel Partner Programme satisfies individual needs.

WE’RE PROFESSIONAL
All our managers are experienced professionals and able to help partners with any and every aspect the MIMEsweeper proposition – technical, sales or marketing. We pay careful attention to detail, promote a will-do attitude and deliver our promises on time.

WE’RE PROACTIVE
We aim to develop ongoing relationships with our partners and our Account Managers are quick to offer suggestions on how to move your business forward.

WE’RE RECEPTIVE
We welcome feedback on anything from the Partner Programme, sales and marketing initiatives, to incentive and reward schemes and future technical developments.

WE’RE HONEST
We believe mutual respect is essential in any business relationship, but this is especially true when it comes to the distribution of leads. Our sales policy is simple and fair and we’re committed to putting our principles into practice.

Programme Process

We approach our Partner Programme - and thereby the sales process - as a continual evolution:

1. QUARTERLY BUSINESS REVIEW

  • A performance review meeting is held in the 1st or 2nd week of each quarter
  • Attendees include Clearswift Account Manager, Distributor Account Manager and Partner Account Manager
  • Output is a revenue report, lead volume accounting and qualified financial targets to help refine sales strategies

2. PLANNING

  • A planning meeting is held in the 6th, 7th or 8th week of each quarter
  • Attendees include Clearswift Account Manager, Clearswift Marketing Manager, Partner Account Manager and Partner Marketing Manager
  • Output includes marketing activities for next quarter, new product developments, allocation of marketing funds and the sales and technical training schedule

3. TRAINING

  • Sales, marketing and technical training is undertaken in support of upcoming campaigns and product launches
  • The respective sales, marketing and technical teams must attend
  • Output is comprehensive and consistent knowledge of products and their benefits to help close sales
