We have just implemented Clearswift email appliances and web appliances to our school. The new implementation has replaced the very problematic system that our school is using. The email and web appliances are simple to setup and managed, it also does a fantastic job. Antispam features and email throughput is outstanding. It prevents the spam emails even entering our network, saving us on internet bandwidth as well. The web appliances is much simpler to manage and manage well. Our customers respond on a 1-10 scale, and are put into three categories:

Promoters (score 9-10):
Loyal enthusiasts
Passives (score 7-8):
Satisfied but unenthusiastic
Detractors (score 0-6):
Unhappy customers

 

The percentage of customers who are Detractors are subtracted from the percentage who are Promoters to calculate our Net Promoter Score.
