What is Net Promoter?
We ask our customers one simple question - how likely are you to recommend Clearswift to others?
Our customers respond on a 1-10 scale, and are put into three categories:
Promoters (score 9-10):
Loyal enthusiasts
Passives (score 7-8):
Satisfied but unenthusiastic
Detractors (score 0-6):
Unhappy customers
The percentage of customers who are Detractors are subtracted from the percentage who are Promoters to calculate our Net Promoter Score.
