Terry was appointed interim chief financial officer in 2007, and is responsible for Clearswift's worldwide financial organization.

Terry was formerly chief executive officer of Volantis, a company that helps solve the complexity of selling and delivering mobile internet content. He established Volantis as the world’s leading supplier of intelligent content adaptation solutions to Mobile Network Operators.

Previously as vice president, operations, Europe for Sequent Computer Systems, Terry was responsible for overseeing a growth in revenues from $10m to $250m per annum. When IBM acquired the business, Terry assumed responsibility for IBM’s Web Server Group, and delivered the greatest revenue growth of any web server region worldwide.

Terry cut his teeth in the Finance arena as Sequent’s finance director for Europe, and prior to that as European finance director for Convergent Technologies and ITT-Qume.

Terry, an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ACA), holds a degree in Business and Finance.
