Libby joined Clearswift in 2011. With over 18 years experience in product marketing, development and management, Libby’s past roles have included Director of Product Marketing at Petrotechnics, Senior
Product Manager at Reed Business Information and Head of Product and Business Development at Bottomline Technologies.
As founder and Executive VP of Compassoft in 2001, Libby led the organisation from business plan and product concept origination through raising venture capital from top-tier VCs and, following market success, scaled the organisation to include a globally based team. During this time, she was listed as principle-inventor on Patents while helping to grow other functional areas, including product management, product marketing, user services, quality assurance and technical support.
Libby has significant experience in P&L management, product portfolio development, mergers and acquisitions and quantitative/financial analysis. She holds a BS in Business and Liberal Studies from Excelsior College in the USA.
