Channel Manager - Eastern Europe
The Channel Manager is responsible for recruiting, managing and training Partners to ensure growth for Clearswift in eastern europe.
Working as part of the Technical Support team you will be expected to be able to support our customers across our full product portfolio via phone and e-mail. Our 3 global support centres are linked to provide ‘follow the sun’ support so you could be supporting customers across various geographies.
As customer advocates you will understand the demands of supporting our customers mission critical communications channels – email and web.
Support is offered as standard in English – fluency in other languages would be an advantage (specifically German, Spanish and Japanese)
Associate Software Engineer
Clearswift QA team are expanding their capability in automated testing to enable faster, more repeatable regression testing of the company Gateway products.
An opportunity has arisen for a software engineer to provide the QA team with dedicated development skills to advance these QA automation requirements. The role will report to the QA Manager, but will involve maintaining good communication with the product software developers whilst responding to the requirements of the QA engineers. The whole project development team runs agile practices and this role will be integral to that.
Technical roles in Engineering (C++ and Java)
Clearswift develops its products from the global headquarters in the UK. To maintain the development of our award winning products we require software engineers with specific experience of either C++ and/or Java. With the ability to work on solo projects and as part of a team you will have experience of working within product development environments to tight deadlines.
Territory Account Managers
Working within one of our key markets you will be an experienced sales professional. A self motivated account manager capable of driving both incremental and new business opportunities within your territory. Experience of working within a disciplined two tier distribution model would be a distinct advantage.
Software Engineer
The Core Technology team is responsible for evolving and maintaining the application framework and content inspection technology that forms the foundation of all Clearswift products. An opportunity has arisen for a Software Engineer to work within this team to work on all aspects of content inspection and policy enforcement.
Business Development Managers
The role is to develop and manage the appropriate sales partner channel for your region. This will include identifying, developing and fulfilling sales opportunities in line with agreed objectives. We are currently looking for regional business development managers across Europe, Asia and the Americas.
Channel Account Managers
Clearswift has a defined two tier distribution model. To achieve success in identifying, recruiting, training and developing partners we need experienced channel managers. As a Clearswift channel manager you will be expected to provide partners with the support they need to close incremental business and ultimately drive the behaviour that leads to continued success.
Internal Sales Executive
The role involoves Work with the Clearswift Sales team and Channel Partners to drive renewals, migration of the install base, cross-sell and up-sell into the install base and new logo sales.
Support and coach selected Channel Partners with the Inside Sales activities around Clearswift.
Work closely with external Sales Managers to drive meeting activity with large account customers and prospects.
Technical Consultant
Clearswift Technical Consultant actively engages our customers and partners with all forms of technical consulting services. The consultant will be required to perform a variety of tasks but will focus on our key product offerings: Discovery workshops, Migration services, proof of concept (POC), Installation, Health-checks and Policy Definition as well as supporting the sales team in Pre sales engagements, to include evaluation / demonstration on site or via WebEx.
