Andy Balchin, Chief Financial Officer
Andy joined Clearswift in 2011. He has been in the software industry for 25 years, holding CFO and other senior finance positions in several enterprise level IT businesses.
Jeremy Hand, Non-Executive Director
Jeremy is co-founder of Lyceum Capital. Over the past 20 years, he has worked on numerous buy-outs, buy-ins and growth capital situations.
David Harland, Non-Executive Director
David leads Lyceum's operations team, working closely with portfolio company management. He has deep management experience in the UK and internationally in both the public and private sectors.
